All sales are final and non-refundable. No Returns will be accepted under any circumstance. We sell sustainable custom perishable goods so they cannot be refunded or returned due to a client’s personal preferences. In the event an item is delivered or picked up in an unacceptable condition determined by Floral Art by Kate, please email photos to Floral Art by Kate . for us to exchange for an item in an acceptable condition. Exchanges are not guaranteed and subject to Floral Art by Kate discretion.
Orders cancelled within 2 business days of fulfillment date are non-refundable under any circumstance. Client must contact Floral Art by Kate over email at floralartbykate@gmail.com for cancellation and rescheduling approval.
If you provide the incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible. Please make your delivery address is correct, or a $10 re-delivery fee will be charged.
In the event we are unable to deliver your item due to weather conditions, Acts of God, etc. We will contact you to reschedule your order. We do not offer refunds due to fulfillment conditions out of our control.
In the event an item is stolen from a delivery location, Floral Art by Kate is not liable and is not required to provide a replacement. We highly suggest coordinating with your recipient to be sure the item can be retrieved from the delivery location in a timely manner.
